We offer shipping via local courier within Singapore.

For time-sensitive orders, we offer a courier service at a flat rate of $12 that will deliver your package on the same or next working day. (For same day deliveries, please place your order before 1pm Singapore time!) 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that due to the current COVID-19 situation, international parcels are may take a little longer than usual to arrive to our customers.  For more information, please refer to this page for shipping updates. Thank you for your understanding!


We're based in Singapore and we know how costly buying products from overseas can be. So we try to keep our shipping rates as reasonable as we possibly can! 

We offer several different tracking options for international shipping via registered airmail from $10, and by DHL express for fast, time-definite delivery.

Tracking available fir all countries. Full tracking to selected countries including Australia and the United Kingdom.

1 - 2 weeks for Asia Pacific
2 - 4 weeks for rest of the world

International Priority Shipping (US and Canada)

Our most economical option! Rates start from $10.

Full tracking via USPS/Canada Post.

Delivery times (estimated):

2 - 4 weeks for North America
2 - 5 weeks for Canada

DHL express mail

Our petite allegro in double time speed option!

Detailed tracking, time definite!

Arrives 2 - 5 days from date of shipment to most countries.

 

All our items are folded, encased in tissue and slipped into padded envelopes to keep them safe and secure. Large orders and tulle skirts are packed and shipped in boxes. 

All our posters ship in rolled poster tubes.

DUTIES & TAXES

We do not charge customs or duties at checkout, please note that customers are responsible for paying any duties, import taxes or fees incurred.

DELIVERY

Please do make sure to check that your delivery address and order details are correct. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems due to such errors. We are not liable for shipments that have been lost or stolen through any reasonable or unavoidable issues with delivery.

Please note that items that have returned to us due to an incorrect address provided or failed collection by recipient will attract redelivery charges.

PRE-ORDERS

Please note that if your order includes both pre-ordered and in stock pieces, your full order will ship out as soon as the pre-ordered items are available. If you wish to receive your in stock pieces first, please do make two separate orders. Thank you!

LOST PACKAGES

If your package gets lost in transit or stolen we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we can't be held responsible for packages once we have sent proof of shipment.
